GP House respects your right to privacy. We want each person to feel secure about the personal data provided.

Based on Article 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016. (RODO) I inform you that:

  1. The administrator of your personal data is Agnieszka Golińska and Pascale Prądzyński conducting joint business activity in the form of a civil partnership under the name GP House s.c. in Warsaw (postal code 00-728), at 1 Bobrowiecka Street, telephone 600 391 291 and 500 200 502 email: gphouse@gphouse.pl.
  2. The Administrator has not appointed a Personal Data Protection Inspector.
  3. Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of executing the lease agency agreement on the basis of Art. 6 (1) b – General Regulation on Personal Data Protection of 27 April 2016. (RODO).
  4. The recipients of your personal data will be employees (co-workers) of the administrator, entities to whom the administrator has entrusted data processing (e.g. software providers, hosting providers), other cooperating intermediaries (including within the MLS system), notaries.
  5. Your data will not be transferred to a recipient in a third country or an international organization.
  6. Your personal data will be stored for the duration of the contract.
  7. You have the right to: demand from the controller access to your personal data, the right to correct, delete or restrict processing, the right to object to processing, the right to data portability, the right to withdraw consent at any time.
  8. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in case the conditions referred to above are violated or the processing violates the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016.
  9. Providing personal data is a statutory requirement as a condition for concluding a contract, however, failure to provide data to the extent required by the controller may result in refusal to conclude a contract.
  10. Your data will not be subject to automated decision-making (profiling). The basis for the processing of personal data is Article 6(1) of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).
  11. The collected data will be processed by the Administrator for the purposes of:
    – realization of the service within the framework of the conducted activity,
    – marketing own services and those of cooperating entities – with consent,
    – sending commercial information by e-mail – with consent,
    – newsletter subscription – with consent.
  12. The legal basis for the processing of the data is the consent granted, or its processing is necessary for the performance of the agreement or to take necessary steps prior to its conclusion, and the legally justified purpose of the Administrator.
  13. In case the agreement is finally not concluded, the personal data will be permanently deleted from the database or will be processed for other purposes – e.g. sending commercial information by e-mail, newsletter subscription, with a separate consent.
  14. You have the right to access, rectify, restrict processing, delete your data, as well as to object to its processing at any time. Objection to the processing of data is tantamount to the discontinuation of the provisions and provisions of the contract between the parties.
  15. You have the right to be forgotten and to have your data transferred.
  16. Your data will be subject to automated processing, including profiling (art.22 (1) and (4)) in order to avoid spamming and to select a personalized offer that meets the expectations and conditions of the customer.
